Three and a half years ago I fell in love with Maine while visiting from Los Angeles. It took me a year but I moved to Maine and have never been happier. No one believed I was sane. They may be right.
What follows are my mad musings on living in Maine, life in general, food, my unsuccessful attempts at knitting, anything else that strikes my fancy, and a few photographs thrown in for visual relief. I must warn you from the get go, I am not by any means a writer, philosopher, chef or photographer so proceed at your own risk.
You can come with me on my slow descent to happiness and comment along the way by subscribing to the feed….or not.

Eventually. That website, I mean. Meanwhile, Rachel Cantor just forwarded your blog to me. Love Maine, having arrived from the tropical island of Sri Lanka to dwell and engage the mind at Bates and then returning to live in Waterville, Maine for five years before coming to Philly (also a heart song). Good luck with the blog. Those snow pictures warm my heart and I know you can believe it.
